Stakeholding in Sustainable Development

A stakeholder can be described in broad terms as: “. . . anyone who has an interest in a decision process, a project or an outcome. Stakeholders are individuals and organizations that are actively involved in an undertaking, or whose interests may be affected as a result of execution or completion of the undertaking. Stakeholders expect to have an influence on an activity's objectives and outcomes.”
