Being a mentor is a rewarding experience, but it can also be challenging.  You are always welcome to contact your EnvironMentors Chapter Coordinator directly for guidance.  In addition, the EnvironMentors Mentor Manual has a number of helpful tips for mentors.

If you have never been a mentor before, please check out the National Mentoring Partnership's Learn to Be a Mentor training website to gain a better understanding of the roles and challenges that you are about to embark on.
